  • Philosophy

    We have recently begun to extend our research into the philosophical field – especially concerning the nature of consent, and the exploration of how visual contracts bridge the gap between informed consent and “true” consent. Top collaborators:

    Law has begun to take imagery seriously in recent years, and we have started researching the legal interpretative angles on this.

  • Transparent Law as a Marketing Tool

    After the Bankwest PDS documents were introduced in 2021, it became apparent that the visual legal instruments had a strong marketing purpose. Since then we have been exploring marketing aspects of our contracts with:  

  • Applied Comics for Law

     The development of a new industry niche for graphic art in creating comics for law, has generated much attention in the field of visual arts. We are lucky to have had Stuart Medley lead up the “Applied Comics for Law” ThinkTank since the project became established in 2017. We work with other wonderful artist (Joelle Young, Gemma Young, Louis Silvestro, etc) but the researchers involved with graphics as applied in law are:
